Terms of service

General details:

• Please do check️ the size details and package contents carefully before buying.
• Items can be reserved only for 24hrs.
• Please note that once an item is bought we will not be able to change or provide a refund.
• Fitting of items are not allowed as items are delicate.
• All the items are checked for any manufacturing defects prior to selling it.

 

Payment details:

• Currently we are only accepting online payments
• Items will be delivered once the payment transaction has been confirmed.
• Payments can be made in MVR or USD.

 

Collection:

• Same day collection can be arranged from our pharmacy (ICM 3 Pharmacy. Infront of ADK Hospital there is a narrow road ( Mialani Goalhi), if online payment is confirmed before 3pm. Collection time: 4:30pm to 7:30pm

 

Delivery details

• Male'

Delivery fee to address in Malé for purchases below 200/- is 50/- and for above 200/- is 30/- . Within 2 days item will be delivered.

• Hulhumale’

Delivery fee to address in Hulhumale’ for purchases below 200/- is 65/- and for above 200/- is 45/-. Within 2 days item will be delivered.

• Deliveries are conducted after 4pm.
